WOW! What an episode! Who saw Sayid working for Ben?! As Ben is repairing Sayid, he asks him, "Don't you want to protect your friends?" Is Ben the ultimate winner in this game and holding the fate of all the Losties in his hand?

I unfortunately do not have any answers to these questions. I have searched several other message boards as well, and it seems that most everyone is LOST. I do, however, have an observation that may confirm the element of time travel. Daniel sets up his equipment and has a rocket sent to him on the island. The rocket arrives 31 minutes late and it's clock is 31 minutes behind(I think it was 31 minutes - at any rate it was behind). I also wonder if there is some sort of portal. Daniel tells Lapidus to stay on the same heading they came in on - no matter what. If you approach or leave the island and run into that portal could you end up some place else? Sooo many questions - I want some answers.

Hi Guys,
I'm LOST. Help me find the way.
The episode last night didn't answer many questions for me... but I did like the fact that Sayid spoke German. Made me feel warm and fuzzy. And snap to attention!!!!!! Achtung! Danke! Ach du lieber!
Thought that the time disparity that Faraday noticed was really significant (really like this guy as a character and hope he remains a good guy).
As Ben would say, "you have questions....?!" No @#*! I have questions, but do you have answers? "I have answers," says Ben. He is my fav character - what a great actor.
Okay, so perhaps you can help me with these questions:
* who's the young boy pictured in the house of the woman that ghostbuster Miles went to see?
* Ben's passport and cash collection would suggest he travels from the island freely so he's apparently lied about having been on the island all his life
* who was the man Sayid shot in the opening golf course scene? They bet 50%u20AC (Euros) on the shot, which is about $67... I don't think there was a numbers connection there except next week the 50%u20AC would be worth about $70. Exchange rate is hell.
* in the closing scene where Ben is removing Sayid's bullet, is Ben a Vet or just using the dogs for experiments? (Stupid question, maybe.) Is Ben in Berlin or somewhere else? Is Ben a contraction of Be-rli-n?
* why did Hurley 'play along' to capture Sayid, Kate, Miles?
Complex story and very intruiging.

Wow, that show never stops surprising me!! It like working a great big puzzle with 1000 pieces. I do hope the picture is clear at the end but I am ejoying the mystery and the adventure of the island and the mix of
charactors.
I think that there is more than 6 who get off the island. Hurley was asked by Jack if he was going to keep the secret. Sayid was asked if he was going to protect his friends. Ben is not one of the Oceanic 6, his charactor just keep putting on layers. This makes you wonder if Sayid has ever worked for Ben before the crash?

What a great episode and a great season.
They definately are giving us more pieces to the puzzle this season - they just don't seem to fully connect yet (no surprise there), but they will - I promise!!
After seeing the Sayid episode - the new question on my mind is "what did Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, (and 2 other folks), do to get off of the island - AND - why do the have to keep it a big secret while serving BEN at the same time?"
It's deep. Sometimes I wish we could skip to the last page of the book.

I think it is fairly obvious at this point that time travel is a big part of the story. I came across this post on the abc message boards. It starts off pretty technical, but if you read on it attempts to explain how time travel is responsible for several of the mysteries on the island. Check it out if you get a chance.

Ben is soooo evil. I think the whole 'hidden room' with the money in it thing is going to be a key part to solving the mystery of the show. Here's a clue I saw - as soon as Sayid told BEN that 'he made contact' he hung up his phone and threw it in the garbage. This let's me know that they must have an unlimited supply of resources - money, equipment, etc. and that they are on a mission. maybe a mission to get back to the island and rescue their friends who were left behind.

I was in LOVE with Sayyid until I just saw this episode. He was supposed to be reformed.. TYPICAL MAN, he just played that whole "I'm a changed man" card so he could shack up with Shannon. Oh well.
ANYWAYS!
I think Ben is sooooo bad too :)
And can't wait until this week's episode. Sadly I have to watch it online. I work thursday nights and do not have a DVR. thank goodness for the web tv episode thing :)
bye Losties

I love Lost - I have watched it from the very beginning! No matter how confused I get, I still love it. I would like to clear up: Is Kate's son Aaron, Claire's baby??
Beth, Raleigh, NC
Comment:
Well who is the baby's daddy?
Kimberly, reidsville/NC
Comment:
Okay....who is the guy who played Kate's lawyer? He looks very familiar, like he has been another character on Lost before!!

OMG!!!!!
Kate is now Aaron's mom????
What a shock. I just don't know what to say.
WOW!!!
This is the best season yet.

It was the traditional "set up" episode, but still some good stuff nonetheless. We saw how Jack came to know about his sister Claire, and a little bit of how Hurley began his mental decline. How do you think the Oceanic Six get together and off the island
A lot of familiar faces in "Cabin Fever," but still no Jacob. What do you think Christian told Locke and what do you think of the "new" Claire?
LOST hit soap opera mode this week. Lots of lovin' between Jack and Kate, some surgery and a dab of crazy Hurley - sounds like and episode of General Hospital. Anyone have a theory about the visions that Hurley and Jack seem to be having?
Last Thursday's episode ran at a hundred miles a minute, and there was some great info revealed. Such as how Sayid came to work for Ben and a little more into the relationship between Ben and Charles Widmore. What stood out to you in this episode?
Any new info since the break?
Who shot Carl and Rousseau? Simple enough, right?
Michael's back...back again...And we now have all of the Oceanic Six - but as usual there is a twist. Did Jin make it off the island long enough to be part of the six or is it Ben or Aaron? What are your thoughts?
So, Charles Whidmore vs. Ben Linus! And obviously Ben told Locke who his man is on the boat. What burns me is that Jack doesn't say anything about the disappearing chick talking to Juliet in the middle of the jungle! What gives?
What is going on? How is it that people - and rats, can jump through time with just their minds and leave their bodies behind?
After reading the posts from immediately after the show, the big question on everyones mind seems to be - What the heck!, how did Kate become Aaron's mom?
WOW! What an episode! Who saw Sayid working for Ben?! As Ben is repairing Sayid, he asks him, "Don't you want to protect your friends?" Is Ben the ultimate winner in this game and holding the fate of all the Losties in his hand?
The writers' strike is at an end. Here's what it means for LOST. What are your thoughts?
Although they admit that the rescue is not their priority - Ben is, do you think the "freighter people" are good or bad? And, do you think they work for Dharma?
There are some theories about LOST that say either time travel, cloning or some sort of paranormal activity is present on the island. Do you subscribe to any of these theories? Do you have a theory of your own?
Who do you think George McKowski is(the voice on the sat phone), and who do you think he and the "freighter people work for?
LOST premieres tonight! Which character are you most looking forward to seeing?
The premiere of LOST is just this Thursday! ABC is releasing a ton of new video including interviews, sneak peaks, and behind the scenes footage. What have you come across lately?
Cloverfield just premiered this weekend and with all the conspiracy that surrounds J.J. Abram's projects, did anyone find any hidden LOST clues?
As the NEW Season of LOST nears, what mysteries are you looking forward to solving? (Any other questions and comments are welcome as well!)
